James Breheny Managing Director

As the founder of Spider Marketing, James has over 25 years marketing experience. After a longstanding career at Foster's and Crown he identified an opportunity in the market for an Agency that could design, implement and analyse marketing campaigns that deliver positive customer experiences.

Over the past decade the agency has expanded with its client base and today has a core focus on digital and online solutions – which is James' passion (aside from the mighty Demons!). He immerses himself with clients and their customers to ensure he and his team fully understand the task and can prepare a comprehensive winning campaign.

Julian's passion is building brands for a global audience based on robust consumer insights. With over 20 years marketing and sales experience with Foster's, IDP Education and the University of Canberra, he has represented international brands in Australia and taken Australian brands to the world.

Leveraging his grounding in market research, Julian knows how to undertake, interpret, report on consumer insights which underpin our strategic, creative and communication recommendations for all our clients, particularly in today's rapidly changing online and digital environment.

With a career at some of Australia's biggest 'bue chips' including Target, AFL, and Nylex, Grant brings strategic thinking, creativity, and a pragmatic, results-driven approach.

Grant has marketing and sales leadership experience both locally and overseas in B2C, and B2B. He knows how to engage with customers in manufacturing, retail, sport, and the services; and has worked on both the buying and selling side in addition to collaborating with some of the largest local and international agencies. He has also led teams who have collected advertising awards in the entertainment and retail sectors.

With a strong background in creative design and recipient of a prestigious Quill award from the Melbourne Press Club David drives our creative team.

Having built a 15 year career delivering creative solutions and a strong background in design, brand architecture, digital production, online solutions, and marketing strategy. David also has a good understanding of print media from his time as a Senior Designer with News Ltd.
